Colorado Real Estate is different from any other place in the United

As a custom home builder, I loved to hear the stories of how people
found their dream property…stories of long drives with realtors to see
remote properties that weren’t really what the buyer “had in mind.”
When I became a realtor, I wanted to create a better way to help people
find that postcard image they had in their dreams. Tall aspens or towering
conifers. Wildflowers in mountain meadows or soaring snow-capped
peaks. A western horse haven, a hidden log cabin by a trout stream or a
mountain lodge with hammerbeam timber frame trusses.
Every potential homeowner is different and their desires are different. My
idea of the “perfect property” is probably not what my client has in mind.
I decided to develop a personal proprietary software that allows my
clients to interactively show me exactly what they are looking for, visually.
I can then save my clients, and myself, countless hours of visiting
properties that don’t meet their requirements or tastes, and to current
homeowners, it also ensures that I am only showing their property to
prospective buyers that are looking for their type of property.
